March, 2009: "Two of Leigh’s drawings, of a Barn Owl and a Bobcat, are contained in the March – April edition of the “ Arizona Wildlife Views”, an Arizona Game and Fish Department publication, which included a featured article on the Art Institute of the Arizona- Sonora Desert Museum."
Her piece entitled “Twisted Fate” is a mixed media work depicting a saguaro skeleton . This piece was selected to be included in the show “A Closer Look at Cactus and Succulents in the Ironwood Gallery at the Sonoran Desert Museum in Tucson Arizona.
